FAQ’s
WHAT IS YOUR FEE STRUCTURE?
We offer a free 15-minute consultation with one of our licensed therapists to discuss your needs and goals and to find out if our practice is the best fit for you. Our fees for regularly scheduled sessions are based on a limited sliding scale. Please contact us for more information.
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Our practice is an out-of-network provider, which means the cost of treatment is due at the time of your session. If you have out-of-network coverage, we can provide you with a receipt of services, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS FOR MENTAL HEALTH CARE?
Many insurance companies have out-of-network coverage after you meet your deductible. You can find out more by calling your insurance provider and asking the following:
What are my out of network benefits for mental healthcare?
What is my deductible?
If there is a deductible: How much is it and have I reached it yet?
WHAT KIND OF GROUPS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide groups surrounding issues regarding women and families (new mom/baby, loss & grief, stress, etc…).
For example: loss & grief can be done through talk therapy where you can connect with other people going through similar losses/situations and discuss different coping mechanisms.
HOW DOES INDIVIDUAL THERAPY WORK?
At Soulutions, we strive to provide a treatment plan catered to your current challenges and life. We will discuss this in your first session. We use motivational techniques which provide a sense of encouragement and positivity. Coupled with a strengths-based approach where we will identify your strengths and help you use those strengths in your everyday life.
